Hi Bob,
What's the setting of your 4-4 menu (which is the transmit EDSP) ? It's
one of the menus that can heavily impact your audio, so check that it
isn't 1 or 2 at the moment. That might be the cause of your problem if
it is.
Also, I know you tried 2 different mikes, but remember that under the
MD-100 mike, there are 2 switches, 1 which is a low cut filter and
another one turning on a "high emphasis". Be sure to check that as well.
