[1000mp] Interesting Problem

I have been off the air for about 4 years and got my Mark V (not field) out
of the box to put back on the air.  It receives find, but I am unable to
transmit, phone or CW.  I had this problem once before and it was a switch
that had gotten pushed and a knob that had been turned, but I didn't make
any notes in the manual about it and thought I had.  Anybody have any ideas?
