Tom, how about a TR Sequencer.  Down East Microwave have the ones I am 
familiar with.  4 step I believe.  They are used for keying 
transverters, preamps, amplifiers, and about anything else I think. I 
would imagine there are other sources as well.  You'll have to try 
searching the web.
