Are you sure your getting power out? Have you checked it with a meter? A few
years ago my antenna tuner did the same thing, when I sent it in for repair
it turned out that the RF unit went bad and the tuner stayed on because
there really was no power going out.

I know you did the reset already, menu 8-8 turns the tuner off/on,
try toggling that between off and on a few times, maybe it will jump start
something, just a thought.
