[1000mp] FT-1000D vs MARK-V200W -Coefficient of the thermal

Dear Loved FT-1000 serie.
  
A lot of HAM all over the world has the luck to possess, to have the 2 great Models of Yaesu.  
==> Legendary (The Best of the Best) FT-1000D  
  
==>  And.... Vintage (2000 ~ 2005) FT-1000MP MARK-V 200W.  

I have just FT-1000MP MARK-V 200W vintage Feb/2001, Working marvelously well. 
I no have, and no see one FT-1000D, Just Bruchure and photos.

  My question to the friends that Operate the 2 Models MARK-V and FT-1000D is:  
  
I enter FT-1000D 200W and the MARK-V 200W the most efficient of Yaesu's  
power amplifier designs!

Mark V is the top heatsink, which is an integral part of the cabinet. Yaesu claims the heatsink has 250% greater (2.5 times)  the cooling power than the rear-mounted heatsink on the FT-1000D. 

It is true that the FT-1000D uses one pair of  ==> 2x MRF422 or 2x MRF255 in PA UNIT ?? 
Like the FT-1000D, the Mark V runs 200 watts output. Whereas the FT-1000D used bipolar power transistors, the Mark V uses a pair of Phillips BLF147 power MOSFETS. 
======= Which is of two Great Rig's the more efficient of Yaesu's power amplifier designs ??

I know that the modern FTdx9000 and FTdx2000D is more perfect design would include a copper plate "heat spreader" between the heat sink for the purpose of conducting heat away from the MOSFETs' more quickly, thus improving thermal conductivity of the heat
sinking design. Unfortunately the Mark-V is does not have this Copper (Cu) heat spreader in the design.
Would it be of great help? 

In Brochure say:   

FT-10000MP MARK-V  = Classe A mode (SSB) 75 watts maximum

                                Duty-Cicle : 100% @ 100 watts

                                                    50% @ 200 watts (FM & RTTY, 3-minute Tx ~ 3-minute Rx)

 

Could I say that Duty Cycle 100% in 200W SSB in Long TX - RX?? Reminding that in 200W SSB not have Carrier all team.  
The temperature of the MY Shack in that use my MARK-V is on average 25 ºC  att 28 ºC  Celcios.  

With a Termômetro Infra-RED,  I checked Heat Sink on TOP (on top of BLF147) the temperature vary between 80 ºC at 86 ºC @ 25 ºC Room.  After one Long QSO in LSB with 200W PEP.

I would appreciate your opinion on Coefficient of the thermal of the   
(DFCS) Duct-Flow Cooling System and Highly-Efficient " T-configuration " Heat Sink goes the MARK-V 200W.
