[1000mp] MK V stuck in XMIT

Well, it's nothing of the below.  This problem occurs with the RF drive on 
the MK V set to 0.

I've been using this same setup (same MK V, same amp for several years), 
with no problems.

I'm sure it's a stuck relay.  I just unplugged the line to the amp and put 
an ohm meter on it.  It reads essentially zero ohms with the radio on or 
off.

I'm sure I saw the name of a good Yaesu repair person on this list just 
recently.  I took no note of it then because I didn't need repair work done.

Anyone have that name?
