[1000mp] MK V stuck in XMIT

Could possibly be, but you might want to check for RF on your transmission
line also.  RF will make all sorts of problems.  Also be sure the amp
doesn't have a relay or keying problem.

Are you keying an older amp that requires sinking a lot of current without a
proper interface? 

Just some places to start.

Hello:

Just recently my MK V has begun holding the amplifier in xmit mode.

I've checked to see if it's in the amp, but it's not.

This happens in both CW and fone mode.

The MK V works FB by itself, but when I turn on the amp it often holds the
amp in xmit.

Is this a sticking relay?

Any thoughts?
