[1000mp] New Computer

That's assuming tha his new PC has PCI slots, many do not. Some have only PCI 
Express slots.

Buy a PCI slot RS-232 board. None of the serial to USB convertors work very 
well. You can buy this board on eBay

If it is a Laptop sorry.
