thanks again for your clarifications.
Meanwhile I solved my trouble :-D
As that interface uses DVS-2 socket also for ptt running and for a.f. 
signal input, it was sufficient setting "ON" the 4-7 menu on the radio; 
on my FT1000 it was "OFF" :-(
I had been misled by three things:
1) My inexperience :-)
2) Ptt worked well even though the 4-7 menu was set off.
3) Reading the Yaesu manual seems that the 4-7 menu works only 
enabling/disabling the ptt on DVS-2 socket; evidently it enables all the 
socket features.
Now, setting the USB mode on the rig, I can run PSK transmission without 
the influence of the microphone although it is plugged on its front socket.
I hope my experience will be helpful for other hams.
