[1000mp] Signalink USB & 1000MP

Happy Veterans day to all fellow veterans !
  Thanks for all the replies with great information. It will help a lot.
The only other problem is my old logging computer with DX4WIN. As I 
mentioned  it runs Windows98
4.10.1998.
According to the customer service rep. at Tigertronics,  minimum for the 
Signalink USB. is an OS of
  Windows 98 version 2  (which I don't have) He mentioned that I could 
use the SL-1+ which will work with older versions of Windows.

So what am I to do? Can I get bye with my older version and are there 
programs available for RTTY and PSK
  that will work with my computer?
  I could buy a newer computer for next to nothing but then I will 
probably have to upgrade my DX4WIN too.
As last resource I could use this XP laptop but I would need more space 
on my desk.
           Now I know why I waited so long to get back on RTTY .
