[1000mp] Question About FT-1000MP Mk V Cooling Fan

Those speaker wires and the fan are a common problem. The slack in the
wires needs to be reduced via tape or ty wrap. I have 2 mark 5s & since I
never use the "built in" speaker, I coil up the wires & store them out of
the way. I use the big speaker called "sounds sweet". I use a small fan
blowing across the heat sinks just for insurance. Glad ur problem is gone.
