[1000mp] Mark V S meter

Thanks for the advice guys, I fixed the problem, a few months ago I
installed  the INRAD IF filter, I do not recommend doing so as I have had
nothing but problems with it. The one they sent me was defective, when I
contacted them about it they made no offer to replace it so I did what I
could to make it work. I just un-installed it and now my S meter is working
again and to tell the truth I can't say it was any quieter with it on.
