[1000mp] CAT problem

OK... I admit... I am an old man and have forgotten virtually everything in the past four years that I have been off the air.
 Finally getting back on and trying to get the rig set up with computer control. 
 Reading through the manual , I think things are set up properly... but still not working. It was doing fine when I went QRT four years ago ... LOL.
 The rig is the FT-1000MP.
 What am I doing wrong?
