[1000mp] Problem 10 years old and under 2000 qso's

Hello Morris,yes I tried your suggestion but still the same.Its not stuck on TX because I can receive stations on all bands when 
the noise/static/oscillation stops for a short time.The point on the heatsink that gets hot the fastest seems to be where one 
of the PA transistors is mounted (the one that has the thermistor for the fan mounted on it) any more ideas?
