Yes Doug, I know I *may* have made a mistake, I've already explained it 
this morning in a previous mail, but here we go again just to make it 
even clearer and to show you what my reasoning was:

Billy wanted a comparison between the FT-1000MP and the FT-1000 FIELD 
(that are his very own model denominations). Right. So far so good.

The only problem is: there is *no such thing* as an FT-1000MP FIELD, but 
only an FT-1000MP Mark V Field, so I assumed he wanted to compare it 
with the most approaching model, which in that case is the FT-1000MP 
Mark V (I dont't see the point of comparing 2 really differing models).

In such a case, I don't have anything "backwards": the Mark V *is 
definitely* a 200W rig, with an external power supply, whereas the Mark 
V Field is a 100W rig with an internal power supply. That's all ! :-)

Now if Billy would just enlighten us about that, so that we can give him 
a better answer, this would be great !
