OK, I will do the rest in English, my italian vocabulary is only sufficient,
to order a pizza or an espresso in Italy, hi...

Thank you for the interesting link to your website, very fine job. Although
some of the photos were not displayed, and some only in the small size, it
was easy to follow you instructions.

Because I did not want to loosen the front plate and take out the PSU, I
decided to follow the description of Bill, W2PKY, and it was easy to
disassemble the Mark-V in such a manner, that now I can still have the trx
running, but easily can take out the RFUnit board in the next step. A look
at the relays showed me, that these types are really very common.

Now I will work with the trx in this open state and wait until the fault
appears again, to locate the relay which causes the malfunction. I hope that
Murphy went into holidays and therefore it will not take too long time until
the error occurs again ;-)

I will give a feedback here in the forum, when I was able to localize the
defective relay.

HI Uwe, I have red abt your problem.
Guess you are talking abt a FT1000mkV or Field ?!
99% the fault is not in the Tuner main unit, but in the RF unit.
Did you checked if connecting the antenna at the RX-only input you receive
something ?
I have already changed in the past a couple of relays and helped someothers
to change the RL1005 and other in the VRF unit. 
You can find these relais at Conrad.de, but Reichelt web shop too.
