[1000mp] 1000mp v cooling fan

hi all could do with some info,recently i noticed that the cooling fan in my mp has stopped?,taken off top cover and have run it just to see and confirm and yes its not turning when hot hot!!,well anyway did a cpu reset as read somewherebut still nothing.
so any help out there mainly for my repair guy who will be taking a look later this week at it.
