Ed,

I use an Astron RS-35M for 13.8 vdc and
an Astron SLS-15 for 30 vdc for my Mark-V.
No other voltages are required. Of course,
a different arrangement of power cabling
is necessary.
The SLS-15 is a 28 v/12.5a switching supply
but can be easily adjusted to 30 volts.
I have not noticed any switching noise from
the SLS-15.
I have run 200w RTTY with this arrangement.
It's a little undtidy but sure is cheaper
than the FP-29.
