[1000mp] CW monitor output

Hi Jerry, 
Yes, disconnected the aerial and fitted the dummy load - same probolem. 
(I was bothered by RF in the shack up to two years ago, so built a remote switch Tuning unit, in the roofspace and terminate the open feeder there - that problem solved)
Have fitted and RF earth, but I am in an upstairs room.
Have disconnected Winkey and all keyers, having just a 1/4" jack plug in the front panel and keying the FT1000 autokeyer. Monitor output still distorted.
I also have an Elecraft K2, and have no problems with RF getting into that,sidetone monitor is fine,but the sidetone will be generated in a different manner. I believe in the FT1000 a portion of the transmitted output is fed to the monitor, but I cannot find a page that gives detail on that part of the rig.
