[1000mp] CW monitor output

Do you still have this problem if you output to a dummy load?  I've found that having a mismatched load can lead to more RF in the shack and this sort of problem.  Have you tried installing ferrite beads on all wires leading to and from the rig?  Is the rig properly grounded?
