[1000mp] Mark V turn-on, power-up issue

Hello Glenn:

After you get your Mark V together again, why not just start with jumpering out the on/off switch on the radio?  Jumper it "ON", and if the radio stays on and doesn't fault you will know that there is poor contact with that switch, and you can then take appropriate remedial action.

This is an easy start in trouble shooting for your intermittent problem.
