[1000mp] Mark V turn-on, power-up issue

To clarify what I wrote earlier:

Pressing the power switch on the Mark V at that point does NOT switch 
the relays on the Mark V input board, because I don't hear them 
clicking.  You Mark V owners know what I mean, when you hit the power 
switch you normally hear additional clicking from internal relay(s), 
not just a simple click from the switch itself.
Again, this happens with either of my FP-29s, both of which run my 
other Mark V just fine.
