Hello Gert,

It is time to "bite the bullet" and consider it you parts unit.

Part it out and sell the individual parts that are not damaged

I would expect a very low likelihood of new assemblies from Yaesu,
at any cost $$$.

The FT-1000MP is a couple of generations old and probably no
longer logistically supportable by Yaesu. You are on your own.

I hope you were able to purchase it at a very good price.

If you do make it work, You will have achieved a new profession in life 
as a FT-1000MP engineer.
Let folks know, so you can fix their's.
