Hello John,

I had the same problem some time ago. The solution is to change one 
electrolitic capacitor on the power supply board.

I can´t remember the location and value (I did not write down), but I 
remember that he was small capacitor like a 10 or 22uF x 50 Volts.

If you look the board, it will be easy to find, the capacitor is in the 
region of the output wires (black/red). If I remember well, does not exist 
another capacitor like this on the board.

I think that this capacitor is on the feedback circuit in the regulator, and 
with passing of the time it loses the value, making fall the voltage cames 
down.
