[1000mp] FT-1000MP out of band T/X

Hi guys,

Does anyone know if it is possible to Mod the FT-1000MP to enable transmit
out of Ham band?

Yes I know it is generally not allowed but we VK Hams have an allocation
around 5.000MHz for WICEN Emergency operations.
