[1000mp] Headphone skts replacement

I also had the same problem - but, many years ago, so
details are fuzzy.
Both sockets are in one assembly, I ordered a new one
from Yaesu.  
Basically the (as I remember) covers have to be
removed.  Remove some 
screws and tilt the front panel down - from there on I
think it was 
fairly easy.  The service manual may help.
