[1000mp] MFJ 644 SO2R Switch

Greetings!

Is anyone out there using this SO2R switch with the 1000MP MkV?

If so, would you PLEASE send relay jumper info to me.  I can get the PTT 
functions to work for both rigs, but am unable to get mic audio through 
the thing and it's driving me up the wall!

The schematic supplied with the manual is unreadable - any help would be 
greatly appreciated.
