Description 18 pf 25 MHz ECS HC49/U-S micro processor crystal.

procedure.
remove bottom of FT100MP/Field/MKV.
Locate blue ceramic oscillator CSALA25MXOX53.
On the control board.
Wiggle it back and forth until it disconnects itself from the PCB.

Use long nose pliers to bend the new crystal leads around to 180 degrees.
Tin and solder into place on board where the CO just came off.
Scratch a little paint off the PCB mainboard.
Solder an earth strap from the main board earth to the crystal case.

Reassemble FT1000MP/MKV/Field.

Turn on and check 25.000  or on a 6M radio 50.000.

In my case my interfering signal is on 50.002,8 at S1
or 25.001,4 at S3.
Stable as a rock hah hah.
