[1000mp] FT-1000 MKV, No Key

My FT-1000 MKV will not key from any source.  When I push (hold) tuner, the 
unit keys and tunes, but then will not unkey.  I toggle the unit off, then 
on again, and the unit is back in receive mode, back where I started.

I had this problem many months ago. and correct it with a master reset.  No 
such luck this time.

Any ideas?
