[1000mp] CAT Control

[AD5VJ Bob]

I got so excited setting up the new radio, I forgot to refresh my driver for the serial port. It is working now except for some
reason HRD will not let me tune above 3902 on 80 meters. It keeps jumping back to 3902 for some reason and I am trying to tune up
the band to 3922.00

Strange I never had this happen before.
