[1000mp] Audio Problem for MarkV, Help me!!!

Hi dears,
I'm COSTA IZ7GXB, and I have a problem to my FT1000mp MarkV.

I use my Radio without linear amplifier OK.

After HA DX SSB CONTEST , I remove powder in my shack and I make the Radio ahead in order to make space...

Power my Radio, the modulation feels choked much acute one, the OM are not understood that they speak!

Bad modulations! ACUTE bad bad!...I listen!

Oh my God!!!

Reset the Radio SUB + 29 + ENT
and NEGATIVE RESULTATE!!!

Anyway when I make in Menu and I try MENU (90) 89 and 86 I listen LOVELY modulation and when try with VRF/MEM.CH I listen ACUTE MODULATION BAD BAD BAD!!!ONLY 89 and 86 Lovely modulation I listen, OK!

My Radio Not use INRAD filter, OK!

When I going out from Menu I Listen BAD MODULATION!

VFO B is OK!

Which would be the causes of this problem?

I look at your web site...but???

Please Help me!

I can't use Radio with MENU insert...because I can't use VFO A, NO SPLIT and others function..
