[1000mp] FTV-1000 transmit lock

Welcome to the wonderful world of 6Meters. My FTV-1000 does not stick
after transmission in any mode. I'm not sure what would cause it, but
in my case that's not normal. When you do get it sorted out, you will
find that the FT1000/FTV1000 combo is terrific.
