[1000mp] Antenna Relay A/B

Hi all....
Due to the past discussion about relay problems at the rf-unit,
disconnecting antenna from transceiver input etc. I checked the
relays behavior of the antenna relays for the A- and B-antenna
input of the FT1000MP MkV Field
I thought, switching off the transceiver, will both ground or
just disconnect the A and B-input from the transceivers rf-unit.
But it didn't act in this way.
Operating the transceiver and selecting the A- or B-antenna input,
the not used input is grounded. But when you switch off the
transceiver, always the A-antenna input is connected to the rf-unit
and the B-antenna input is always grounded. Independently what
antenna (A or B) you select before during the transceiver
was switched on.
When power off, always B-antenna input is grounded and A-input is
connected to the rf-unit.
Would it not be better to ground both antenna inputs or just disconnect
it from the rf-unit, when the transceiver is switched of?
73!
Thomas
