[1000mp] Filter nomenclature

If it would be helpful, I put together a filter list with all of the 
filter options and naming conventions, available on Doug's MP site.  
Has all of the Yaesu and INRAD filter models from the earliest 1000 
days.  The list was built to figure out what filters to add when I got 
my MP-V.   I collected the data which doesn't make me an expert, but 
will try to answer any questions and will correct any errors or 
omissions in the list that you may find.
