[1000mp] Display

I have an early MP and it's instant on every time.  When a little cool in 
the shack it's not a bright as it will become in 15 or so minutes but I 
think that's a standard and expected characteristic of LCD displays..

I think the radio's with delayed display issues have lingering problems with 
the HV power supply used in the cold cathode backlighting system.  May work 
that way forever without a full out failure.

I have both FT1000MP and the Mark 5 field, the display in the field is on 
immediatly, the other radio sometimes can take up to 45 seconds, if I use it 
everyday its not too slow but if I let is set< like I do the display is very 
slow but always does come on.
