[1000mp] FT-1000MP Keying Click

Rob, I understand what you are saying about the "spike" when keying the mic. 
I just don't beleive that, and the infamous key clicks should be referred to 
as the same thing. Maybe I'm wrong, but I don't think the "key click" mod is 
going to be a fix for the ssb problem..
