[1000mp] Pro III -- FT1000MP comparison

My two cents on the topic:  I had the original MP and the Pro-II side to
side for some time.  If you add INRAD filters to the MP, it is superior in
selectivity and sensitivity-- both important in contesting and Dxing.  The
Pro's display is just a nice gadget.  In conclusion, I sold the Pro-II and
got an MP Field.  I'm going to add INRAD roofing and IF bandpass filters.
Suggestion: take a look at the ARRL test reports on both. Good luck. Dave,
