[1000mp] Need help trouble shooting a 1000MP

Kind of sounds like a PLL unlock condition.  I don't think there is  
any setup item that would cause this problem.  If it were me I would  
take the covers off and have a real good look around and make sure  
all connectors and plugs are still plugged in.  It is possible that  
something became unplugged during shipment.  In cases like this I use  
a bright light and magnifier to really inspect everything closely.   
If you find nothing then I would get out the service manual and begin  
to run alignment checks with the PLL.  You might find one adjustment  
is on the ragged edge.  I hope you find something simple like a loose  
plug.  Good luck
