[1000mp] FS INRAD 70 MHz Noise Reduction Mod

I just installed the new roofing filter in my FT1000MKV and have  
removed the
Inrad 70MHz noise reduction mod.

The board goes into the MP without any modifications.  It also works  
in the
Mark V with a minimal soldering. Comes complete with nylon standoffs,  
cable,
bonus capacitor and instructions.
