[1000mp] Mark V Display

I read somewhere, and it works most of the time for me, that if you turn =
on
the power supply first and wait a few seconds before turning on the =
radio
the display comes on dim, but comes on. Of course this is for the Mark =
V,
not the Field.  Yaesu says that this is normal for the radios and there =
is
no problem, but lets face it this is not normal, but apparently Yaesu
doesn=92t know what the problem is with the display.  Maybe someday =
someone
will figure it out, but for now I guess you live with it if you have the
Field.
