[1000mp] MARK V Died

Never thought this would happen to my Wonderful Mark V....... IT DIED!!!!!
Went to turn it on at the FP-29.....heard a fluttering like a relay chatter saw the light on the FP-29 Blinking and then go out. The MARK V did not power up but I heard what sounded like relay chatter in the back left corner. Have not opened up the MARK V yet but I did unplug the Supply from the MARK V and the supply comes on properly. Before and in conjunction with my Troubleshooting effort thought I'd see if anyone knew what has likely happened.
All was fine the day before!?!??!?!?
