[1000mp] RTTY

The Rascal by Buck Rogers has a setup where you buy the Rascal (about 50
bucks I think), then in 1000 MP area (includes Mark V, Field) of cables, you
can buy a RTTY cable that plugs into the RTTY jack on the back of your rig,
thus giving you FSK, and you operate by pushing in the RTTY button on the
front of the rig. You also have a DB 9 that operates the PTT, and 2 cables
for the sound card. On the original Rig Blaster, I don't see how you could
run FSK. Maybe on some of the newer, more expensive ones you can. Rascal
runs about 50 bucks, and another 10 or so for the cable. You have to buy a
cable anyway for the Rascal, and if you aready are setuup in PSK31 and other
sound card modes, this gives you FSK, plug and play. Was tied up the weekend
of Rtty Roundup, which I'm sure was a lot of fun.
