[1000mp] FT-1000MKV Field Discontinued??

Actually, the FT-2000 will have "roofing filters," so it'll be more like 
the IC-7800 or FT-9000 than the IC-756ProI/II/III series. The IC-7800 
and FT-9000 are certainly robust enough for the "contest enviroment."

Why don't we actually wait for the FT-2000 to be priced, released and 
reviewed before we decide if it's worth what it costs?
