[1000mp] Carrying FT1000MP

Yuri,

I've traveled extensively with both my FT-1000MP and my FT-1000D and each
time I used the original double boxes that the rigs came in and checked
them. I marked them fragile and made sure they were insured under whatever
credit card I used then (AMEX Platinum I think), and never had any damage to
the radios. The boxes after a few trips looked like they had been around
the world a few times, but I would tape them up and use them again. I
estimate I had over a dozen transatlantic, multi fight trips with just the
FT-1000D and it's heavier than the FT-1000MP. Be sure the airlines mark
them fragile so the baggage handlers can see it.
