[1000mp] Field: Strange behaviour on CW

The tuner  doesn't always match the load to a 1:1 SWR. It looks for a 
range rather than an absolute value.

I've noticed S-meter "spiking" when using full break-in on my Field, 
too. I'll assume others have as well. I'd guess that it isn't a problem. 
The is also the possibility that playing with some of the menus related 
to CW/BK-IN could alleviate this issue. I've not tried it.
