[1000mp] Roofing Filter

Per the Inrad FAQ sheet:

"Menu 9-1 may be reduced from 1 to 3 integers after installing
the roofing filter mod."

"A simple way to judge is to compare the S-meter readings
between the main and sub  rcvrs on the same signal.  They
should be close to the same.  Adjusting 9-1 does nothing
to the sub rcvr S-meter."
