[1000mp] Roofing Filter

Hi Douglas,

I seem to remember that the only reason for the reduction was for those that 
installed the 70MHz IF mod that required an increase in the IF gain.  The 
later IF kits didn't.  So if you have a later IF kit installed or no kit at 
all you should consider making no change to the IF gain on installing the 
Roofing Filter.  Can anyone back me up on this?  This is, of course, 
assuming my memory serves and it usually doesn't.  When it comes to memory I 
have Selective Total Recall.
