[1000mp] Help Troubleshooting FT-1000MP

I found a bad transistor on the Local PCB which shut down VCO 1 - 4.
I checked it over for bad solder joints but all I found were very nicely
solder connections. The way it failed I figured it was a part failure.
The part which was a surfaced mounted part go replaced with a 2N3904
which is a heavier duty part all the way around so figure that problem
is gone forever.

Thanks to the couple of people that responded.
