[1000mp] Sensitivity weirdness

Setting the S meter has nothing to do with maximum sensitivity after the  
roofing filter has been installed.  Find the weakest signal you can find  and 
adjust for best received signal.  Remember we are trying to hear weak  signals, 
if you want to calibrate the S meter you can do that later.
