Tad beat me to it...a simple Google search turned up several products.
The Telebyte is fairly expensive...But a good product that I have experience
with in the Telecom work I do that pays the bills....
If the CAT port is fully RS-232 compliant there should be a pin with current
limited DC to power the isolator...if not an external source will be
necessary...like the DC accessory jack on the back of the radio...
Here is one that looks to be more affordable but you will have to make your
own DB-9 to RJ-45 adapters and provide your own enclosure for $80. They
also sell one that is DB9 to DB9 for $112.....
